Flaw:
There are some scratches on the the rear passenger side bumper (see pictures). I had the auto body shop guy look at this and he said around 0. I should have it fixed by time of sale, but I will take 0 off of final sale price if it isn't finished. The Auto repair/body shop places around me are backed up due to Covid.

What really stands out in this car are the areas that usually have discolored/corrosion/surface rust -and I'm talking about the far-back areas of the door jams, the painted areas around the engine compartment, and those kind of areas in the trunk. The areas 95% of owner's fail to detail. That is just so exceptional on this car. The other thing is when you have so many options like this car you kind of expect something here and there no to function just right - I've checked and triple checked on this car and everything is working like it should -including the ICE COLD A/C better than my 0k+ everyday car (NO excuses).
